~LOVE! ~John 13:35 (NKJ) "By This All Will Know That You Are My Disciples."
~If You Were Asked To Sum Up Christianity In One Word, Would You Choose The Word Love?
~What Is Love? ~According To 1 Corinthians 13, Love Is Selflessness.
~1 Corinthians 13:4-5 (NKJ) “Love Suffers Long And Is Kind; Love Does Not Envy; Love Does Not Parade Itself, Is Not Puffed Up; 5 Does Not Behave Rudely, Does Not Seek Its Own, Is Not Provoked, Thinks No Evil;”
~Our Love For One Another Is The Truest Testimony That We Believe God Loves Us.
~2 Thessalonians 3:5 (NKJ) "Now May The Lord Direct Your Hearts Into The Love Of God And Into The Patience Of Christ".
~It Is Unconditional: "We Love Him Because He First Loved Us" ~1 John 4:7-12 & 19 (NKJ)
~1 John 4:9-10 (NKJ) "In This Is Love, Not That We Loved God, But That He Loved Us And Sent His Son To Be The Propitiation For Our Sins". ~Jesus’ Greatest Commandment Was To Love.
~People Need To Discover How The Cross Of Christ Can Purify Their Lives And Make Them Into What God Wants Them To Be. ~Living Selfishly Is Not Living: It Is Death In Life.
~Hatred Is Not Living: Those Who Hate Rather Than Love Are Already Dead.
~You Are Dead Inside When You Hate.
~Jonathan And David... ~1 Samuel 18:1 (NKJ) "It Was So, When He Had Finished Speaking To Saul, That The Soul Of Jonathan Was Knit To The Soul Of David, And Jonathan Loved Him As His Own Soul."
~1 Samuel 18:4 (NKJ) "Jonathan Took Off The Robe That Was On Him And Gave It To David, With His Armor, Even To His Sword And His Bow And His Belt".
~We Learn From Jonathan And David That Those Who Are Weak Can Never Love Deeply, For Often Love Requires Courage.
~It Took Great Amounts Of Courage For Jonathan To Persist In His Love For David In The Face Of Saul's Jealousy.
~Just As Jonathan Disregarded His Safety For His Loyalty To David, So Must We Place Such A High Priority On Our Love For Others.
~Another Great Love Story Is Found In The Book Of Ruth. ~Ruth 1:1-3, 7, 15-16; (NKJ) ~How Do We Love Like God Loves? ~John 15:13 (NKJ) "Greater Love Has No One Than This, Than To Lay Down One's Life For His Friends."
~Those Who Want To Give And Receive Deep Love Must Decide Whom To Love And How To Love.
~Deuteronomy 10:19 (NKJ) "Therefore Love The Strangers, For You Were Strangers In The Land Of Egypt".
~Matthew 22:39 (NKJ) "You Shall Love Your Neighbor As Yourself". ~Romans 12:9 (NKJ) ~1 Peter 1:22 (NKJ) Says That We Are To Love Our Brethren With Unfeigned (Authentic) Love: ~Our Love Is Worthless Unless It Is Sincere. ~Ephesians 6:24 (NKJ) ~The Ability And The Willingness To Make Such A Sacrifice Is The True Test Of Genuine Love.
~1 John 4:20 (NKJ) "If Someone Says, 'I Love God,' And Hates His Brother, He Is A Liar".
~The Challenge Of Love. ~Christian Love Is More Than A Topic To Be Studied Or A Concept To Be Understood.
~Love Must Be Something We Do Actively If It Is Going To Make A Difference In How We Live.
~Who Is Your Enemy? ~If You Have One And You Have Not Loved Them… It’s Time To Do So Today!
~Who Is Your Neighbor? ~According To The Story Of The Good Samaritan, A Neighbor Is Anyone Who Is In Need.
~But Jesus' Greatest Challenge To Us Is To Love Our Enemies. ~Matthew 5:43-47 (TLB)
~Four Important Ingredients In The Recipe For Creating This Unconditional Love For Others Within Ourselves.
~1. Remember That God Loves All People, Not Just You And Your Friends.
~2. You Personally May Not Be The Target Of The Other Person's Hostility. (It May Be Spiritual Not Personal)
~3. Pray For Your Enemies, Even If You Don't Want To Or Don't Feel Like It.
~Most People Who Cannot Pray For Their Enemies Are Unable To Forgive Them.
~Matthew 6:15 (NKJ) "If You Do Not Forgive Men Their Trespasses, Neither Will Your Father Forgive Your Trespasses"
~4. Continue To Pray For Your Enemies Until You Have Eliminated Your Hostility Toward Them.
~Faith Equals Love - ~Galatians 5:6 (NKJ) ~Ephesians 3:17 (NKJ) Says We Are, "Rooted And Grounded In Love."
~Colossians 3:14,"Put On Love, Which Is Bond Of Perfection" ~The Essence Of Faith In God Is Loving God…
~1. From The Seen To The Unseen. ~1 John 4:20 (NKJ) “If Someone Says, “I Love God,” And Hates His Brother, He Is A Liar; For He Who Does Not Love His Brother Whom He Has Seen, How Can He Love God Whom He Has Not Seen?”
~Love Always Needs A Visible Object.
~2. From The Unseen To The Seen. ~1 John 4:21 (NKJ) “And This Commandment We Have From Him: That He Who Loves God Must Love His Brother Also.”
~God's Love Is Always Available To Those Who Seek It.
~God Showers His Blessings Upon Those Who Love Him Deeply And Share His Love With Others.
